PC keeps restarting after updating graphics card drivers?

I decided to update the drivers for the rx 570 4 gb video card from asus, after updating the drivers, the computer constantly reboots until Windows is fully loaded, I tried to enter the same through safe mode. What should I do? Can I delete the driver somehow?

Try F8 safe mode immediately after BIOS
if win10 was not turned on, it should turn on automatically after 3-4 abnormal reboots (bsod / reset)
In safe mode, you can remove drivers from Driver Management or directly with the graphics card manufacturer's regular utility.

If there is integrated video on the motherboard, turn off the discrete video card, connect the wire to the motherboard, and try to boot. If it works, remove or roll back the discrete driver and try to boot from it.
