How to programmatically increase video memory on a discrete / external video card?

On January 1st, Photoshop introduced minimum limits on PC requirements.
Now for hardware acceleration in Photoshop, the video card must have at least 1.5GB of video memory.
"ATI Radeon R7 250 with Boost" (then it was still ATI)
10 years ago I bought my video card one of the most sophisticated with a capacity of 1GB.
Those. my vidyuha can give odds to some vidyukha with 2 and 4 GB of memory.
Those. I do not want to change my vidyuhi to exactly the same with a large GB of memory. Since it has no economic benefit at all.
Is it possible to somehow cheat or add 1 GB from the video memory RAM?

No, Photoshop needs to load its data into the video card to process it. If there is no 1.5 GB, then he will not cram them there in any way. Even if you cheat the program, the data will be corrupted when you try to write the entire volume.
It is also impossible to add memory programmatically, the video card will not be able to work with data that is in external memory.
