Is it possible to use two video cards for streaming?

I came across an article about streaming (broadcasting a game video stream on public platforms). And I thought about whether it is possible to use two video cards for streaming: one for the game, the second for screen recording and encoding the video stream, so that without loss of FPS, resources and other things. I read about capture boards, I know about such a thing, but not that. I have a purely amateur interest. There is no opportunity to test your thoughts in practice. Experts tell me, is it possible to use two video cards on one PC?
