Where can I find a clean bios for a video card?

Video card KFA2 GeForce GTX 570 MDT x4 1280MB, after trying to overclock the green stripes on the screen. I want to try to flash a clean bios, but it is only from a non-MDT version that is not flashed, board id mismatch.
