Can the power supply screw the motherboard and video card?

First, the radeon rx 580 video card and the msi 450b motherboard died.. Then I bought a new mpg b550 motherboard and a cheap gt 740.. After 2 months, that is, now, the screen is black again. Nothing is displayed .. So, could there be a reason for a cheap power supply? PSU: zalman 600lx???

Maybe. If the power supply unit does not know how to cope with voltage drops, and it jumps in your network. Or if the PSU is simply of poor quality
