How to use hybrid graphics on desktop?

Hi all!
Perhaps I have a strange desire. Usually people complain about the hybrid graphics of laptops (at least it used to be), and I want to use it on a desktop system.
The bottom line is that I want to use a video card for rendering. During this process, the system GUI often gets stuck. Main software: Cinema 4D, AMD Prorender, all this on Windows 7. Video card from AMD + integrated into the processor from Intel. If you simply make the embed the main GPU in the UEFI settings and plug the monitor into it, then Prorender does not want to use a dedicated AMD video card, in addition, the embed is weak for 3D modeling and games.
Is it possible on a desktop system to connect a monitor to the integrated graphics and use it for the GUI, and use a large video card for heavy tasks (from the list)? Is it possible to install a mobile driver?
At the moment the question is for the case of AMD and applications using OpenCL. But an upgrade is planned in the near future. I have not yet decided what to take, there is a possibility that the video card will change to Nvidia and the renderer will be different.
