I bought a new PC: i5+ msi b250m mortar+ 1060 6gb, there are horizontal thin stripes on the monitor in the UEFI BIOS, similar to noise. They then disappear, then they appear in different sizes and in different places on the screen. If it stays in the BIOS for a long time, then the monitor seems to reconnect: it goes out and again shows the HDMI connection.
In WIN 10 there is no interference at all, everything is OK.
The HDMI cable is OK.
The monitor with the old PC works noomaly.
I connected the TV to the New PC, everything is fine in the BIOS, there is no interference.
Why then New PC+Monitor= Noise in BIOS?

In games does not ripple? A friend had a similar story, the stripes appeared when the vidyaha overheated.
