Bought a 144hz monitor. I have a laptop and the monitor is connected to the integrated video card, but it cannot output 144 Hz. How to connect a monitor to a discrete graphics card and enable 144Hz?

in any way, in laptops it is discrete only for calculations, the built-in is responsible for displaying the image, play at 60 FPS

Somewhere in the settings there should be a choice of which video card to use. (depends on the video card, processor and laptop)
Do not listen to 15432 - everything should be output normally.
