Why isn't Firefox's CSS-X-Fire plugin installed in PHP Storm?

For PHP Storm I installed the CSS-X-Fire plugin, but the latest plugin for firefox cssxfire 1.52 is not installed. Mozilla says the plugin is corrupted. Who knows why?
