PHPStorm how to set up an FTP connection without uploading the entire project to the locale?

Actually, if the project weighs a lot, I need to fix a couple of files, the storm starts downloading everything to the local storage. Is it possible to set it up so that I can directly edit only the file I need in the project?

In general, it’s not very correct to do this, but if you really need it:
Tools-> Deployment-> Browse Remote Host
After setting by default, the Remote Host tab appears on the right
. Connect there, edit the file and click Upload current remote file
