Why files are not compiled in the correct folder?

Hello. I decided to get acquainted with phpstorm. Installed the trial version. I took a project with sass files as a test, but during the execution of this task, the css files are saved to the same place as sass, although the Output path to refresh contains the following $FileDir$\css\$FileNameWithoutExtension$.css:$FileNameWithoutExtension$.css .map . Why does the program refuse to save sass to the css folder?
