How to create/use quick stubs without Apache formatting?

In the IDE from JetBrains, you can make blanks, but they are formatted according to the Apache Velocity format. Is there any way to cancel this? Or what to use for a similar task?

ps
It is often necessary to create the same gulpfile, with minimal edits, I would like to create it conveniently.
It is clear that you can make your own boilerplate / starter pack, but so far only one file is needed.
