Why is Yandex.Map not displayed via js?

Through the Yandex map constructor, I insert the js-script of the map, but there is no display of the map itself, it says that there is no data for this area.

I went a lot on the forums, I didn’t find anything sensible, maybe something doesn’t support the script, the site is old by itself
