Why is whatsapp blocking? (don't spam) How to bypass blocking algorithms?

The situation is as follows, whatsapp accounts are quickly blocked. We use it to process incoming requests from the site.
We don’t do anything criminal (there are no mailings, we don’t write to the first people ourselves), applications from advertising go to the whatsapp business messenger (we tried both android and iphone devices).
The first time a new account worked for about a month, there were 100 new applications per day, we only respond.
We don't have them in our contacts, they don't have us. But they write!
A month later, they blocked, we register a new account, insert it, correspond for 20 minutes - a block, make a new block. Then he paused, registered a new one, added 5 contacts, mutual correspondence from all ... we put it in advertising in 5 days, it works for a day and is banned again. Support doesn't explain anything. During such a time, you won’t even have time to press the complain button there, how quickly they block it.
Correspondence with identical scripts goes. There was a hypothesis that a new number was activated in the same application and it was banned, after reinstalling and activating the number with 5 days of rest, it lived for a day. The application was reinstalled, perhaps some kind of cache remained from the old one. Honor phone is the same. Whatsapp was installed and simple where a personal number and a business whatsapp for work.
What to do, comrades, how to continue to live? Competitors somehow work according to this scheme, what are we doing wrong?

The rules contain a condition of use, one of them: you will not create a new account without their permission if your old one is blocked. It is on him that you are blocked so quickly. Deal with the initial blocking, and do not multiply accounts, and if you create a new one, then you need a new phone, reinstallation does not help, your phone's appId remains the same and it is he who "burns" you

As far as I read the Whatsapp policy, any automation there is considered a violation of the Whatsapp terms of use, that is, even compiling some simple bot that stupidly answers incoming messages will already be a violation of Whatsapp.
There was a cool article on Habré about what you can and cannot do in order not to fall under the hammer of banns: https://habr.com/ru/post/515096/ , maybe there you will find the answer why you were banned.
There are still suspicions that some APIs, by connecting you to themselves, can provide an IP that has already been banned and this leads to repeated bans and so on all the time. Therefore, you need to look for APIs that claim or promise that they provide an individual IP or other tools that allow you to protect the number from bans, for example, here they offer to download a separate file extension that will protect against bans: https://www.youtube.com /channel/UCgKkbZPIopXNWvUhY... , while this extension has not reached my hands to test, if I try, I will unsubscribe
Well, you also need to use a proxy and vpn, Whatsapp blocks, as a rule, by IP and Gmail mail. Not even by numbers.
And another important point. There is such a thing as "Guerrilla mailing list", that is, it is important to set up communication with the client in such a way that they are the first to write to you or respond to your messages without the risk of clicking the "spam" button. Therefore, build your communication with dudes very carefully so that they do not complain about you.

Ran into a similar problem. I also see the same problem with other bot development companies. I tried to change the number, change the device, reinstall the application, change the google account. Useless. I came to the conclusion that a few days ago, WhatsApp upgraded its bot blocking system and began to ban everyone. At the moment I see only one solution: stop using WhatsApp and make bots only on Telegram and VK.

I am also familiar with this extremely unpleasant event!
What caused the blocking and how to get around this restriction, I learned on this useful resource: https
