Can third party WhatsApp APIs be used, and if not, what about the official ones?

Good afternoon!
I was given the task of connecting WhatsApp to a corporate chat. I tried to use inexpensive services that provide HTTP API, but after about 10 messages to myself, WhatsApp banned my phone number.
Questions:
1) Does WhatsApp monitor sending from such third-party services and bans for this, or is there a possibility that the service simply used my account and quietly sent out spam without me noticing it?
2) Has anyone used the official WhatsApp API (aka the WhatsApp Business API)? It has a very vague description, high server requirements, and generally looks somehow monstrous and incomprehensible.

As far as I read the Whatsapp policy, any automation there is considered a violation of the terms of use of Whatsapp, that is, even compiling some simple bot that stupidly answers incoming messages will already be a violation of Whatsapp. There was a cool article on Habré about what you can and cannot do in order not to fall under the hammer of banns: https://habr.com/ru/post/515096/ , maybe there you will find the answer why you were banned.
But it seems to me that the whole point is in the service through which you worked. It is quite possible that they just gave you an IP that was already banned and you just connected your number to it and got under the distribution. This can also happen, so it’s better to pay more, but work with a service that can really guarantee the result of its services. There are several cool conditionally world services, for example, RAPIWHA, it seems to still work, it also worked with the Chat API, it seems that they also work for the world.
Now, regarding the availability of the official API, I just work in this area myself and follow the official API. Every year it becomes more accessible, which is cool, but key limitations remain. These are things like:
1 - a window for communication with the client at 24 hours, well, that is, he wrote, you have the opportunity to communicate with him for 24 hours, if more, then you need to pay extra money. Seems like that's how it works.
2 - Letter templates must be approved with representatives of the messenger, that is, you yourself cannot draw up an approach to working with clients on your own
3 - well, you also need to be a really strong business to afford such an expensive pleasure.
More or less like this.

Communicated with WhatsApp support to gain access to the business api, you need to generate a huge number of messages. I will clarify that each message is paid. If the volumes are small, they are sent to their partners.
