Who knows what format the sent audio messages in WhatsApp have.
For example, I compared the quality of audio messages in iMessage and was surprised. Sent in whatsapp on a lot of quality, without unnecessary interference and very clear sound.
Do you think WhatsApp sends 320 kbps in mp3 format, or 192/129 kbps quality?

mp3 definitely not. As far as I know, it uses an open codec like Speex or a closed commercial one like the one used by Skype.

Whatsapp audio usually has ogg-file in opus. I dealt with this nonsense for a long time, the easiest way is to write a file, pull it out of the phone and download it separately if you are sending out via API or something like that
