Why is Umbraco CMS not installing?

Hello. I'm trying to install umbraco - it's not set, just a strip goes on endlessly, but nothing happens. Neither in processes, nor on the screen.

Here's what's in the log:

So, it looks like the problem was in IE, it was installed from chrome. Che for wildness, and Windows Server still comes with IE, even without Edge.
