Which CMS is best for a smart home web interface?

There is a self-written smart home system that stores information on connected devices in a MySQL database.
I wanted to add a web interface to the application. What CMS is suitable for this?
It is required to display a list of devices (with various groupings), the current state of each device (including the ability to change device settings) and the event feed.
Virtually no experience in web development.

It seems to me that no CMS will suit you. What is a CMS - a set of ready-made modules, a site preparation. In your case, there are no necessary modules in any CMS, and if you take a more or less suitable one, you will have to refine it. And without experience it will be difficult.
I advise you to look towards frameworks, such as Yii. Install the template, get the basis of your system with authorization out of the box. Then it's a matter of technology - you read the Internet, experiment, gain experience in web development, etc.
