Hello. I use the Polylang plugin to translate the site into two languages ​​(rus / en).
I need a new news subscription plugin (newsletter by the admin from the admin), which has the ability to create different forms with different text (errors, etc.) or something like that (like the contact form 7 plugin). For example, using contact form 7, I create two different forms - for Russian and eng languages, and then in the template code I determine what language it is now and display the desired form. The same is true with a subscription.
Do you recommend something? Perhaps there are other solutions to the problem?

Problem solved. Used a bunch of Contact Form 7 + Mailpoet.
