Why is traffic from google many times less than from Yandex?

On the site doctu.ru, traffic from Yandex is growing steadily - yesterday there were more than 7000 visits from there, while traffic from Google practically does not grow - it remains the same as it was in the region of 1000 visits.
Tell me, please, what could be the matter? The site is, in theory, fully optimized, linking, seo-texts, external links - everything is adequately and efficiently done. The content is also constantly supplemented and updated - why doesn't Google like it?
