What do you think is the optimal number of characters for an article? Are large articles of 10,000 characters or more appropriate? Or people prefer to read short articles

For an article, exactly as many characters are optimal as required to adequately respond to the user's request, so proceed from the needs of the audience.
Or people prefer to read short articlesPeople in general are more comfortable reading structured articles, especially if they are voluminous.
Are large articles of 10,000 characters or more appropriate?Quite appropriate if you are describing a serious and demanding topic. But, if possible, it is better to divide such a large article into several smaller articles (by subtopics) and relink them.
