For example, from Delivery to Voskresensk to Delivery to Konobeevo. In fact, this is one page just a substitution. Search engines see only one headings, the first area, and display a site with these headings. How can you influence / inform / modify these headings or the page so that the search engine indexes both of these headings and, depending on different queries, displays the desired page?

If your URL does not change then from a logical point of view you have one single page.
