Redirect + utm + google analytics?

I'm looking for a way to hide ref links and collect information about them.
For example, there is a link https://toster.ru , I hide it with any script to site.ru/toster , how to collect information from where they clicked on the site.ru/toster link?
ps if there is not only a url, but a detailed info like in google analytics, generally super!

And what prevents site.ru/toster?utm_source=habr&utm_medium=cpc&utm_... from doing ?
Unless, of course, you know in advance where you place the link.
And if it should diverge itself, well, depending on the language - get something like HTTP_REFERER and that's it, isn't it?
Or did I not understand something?
