Yes, they have no problems with ranking in search engines :) And it would be interesting for me to find out how such mirrors with versions for different countries are considered by search engines. Softkey is still there - but he rewrote all the content. And acer was banned by Yandex for duplicates.

hh sits on two or more zones.
many large sites use geodb to determine the country/city for users.
