I began to notice that when watching a video on Youtube in full screen mode, interference began to appear in the form of white bars. Never noticed this before, googling didn't work. It is worth noting that the glitch appears in full screen mode.

It looks like you have something with the video card driver, or with the video card itself.
Maybe overheating and cooling will help, a driver update can help.
