The problem is the following.
There is a YouTube channel. To set the icon for the channel, you need to change the icon for the Google account, which was done. Then a strange thing happens, the icon has been updated in the Google account, on the channel, even in the mail, but the icon thumbnail in the upper right corner has not been updated. The standard Google icon with a capital letter of the name on a colored background is still displayed, and this disease has also been transferred to the video if you find it from the search and start watching, but if you go to the channel itself, then the icon is new.
What was done to resolve the issue. The icon has been updated again. Reset the cache (didn't help), browsing different devices, the result is the same.
