Why, after uploading a music video to YouTube, does the sound and image get out of sync?

when you just look from the camera and from the computer everything is fine.

Most likely, the problem was in the incorrect "packing" of audio and video into the AVI container - which was normally read by local players, but the YouTube scripts choked with optimized conversion and out of sync appeared.
The message [avi @ 000000000043f780] non-interleaved AVImeans that the entire video is recorded separately in one piece in the AVI file, then all the audio is recorded in a separate continuous piece. And it was thought that they would often alternate, and the player, having read a piece into the buffer, could play the video and the corresponding audio at once.
Local conversion with ffmpeg helped:

ffmpeg -i 01.avi -c:v libx264 -c:a aac 01_youtube.mp4
