Due to the global overload of the servers of the Electronic Journal and Diary, part of the Uchi ru server stack and elements of the Sky Yong platform, distance education cannot be interrupted! To communicate with teachers and at least some kind of communication support, it was decided to create a group in Viber. But not everyone has Viber, some cannot create an account, some are too lazy, and some do not have the Internet at all. Is it possible to somehow transfer messages from Viber to VK, by e-mail and to your own XMPP / Jabber server ?!
What is available:
1. Students who have only VK or only e-mail or only a phone with Internet access!
2. PC/Server with Windows 10 Pro Education onboard, Virtual Machine with dd-wrt and WSL Ubuntu 18.04.
3. Internet 100 Mbps in all directions.
4. Direct white external dynamic IP address and 3rd level domain without PTR.
5. Actually on this PC viber, Windows version of VK, email clients!
2.2 WSL has Prosody XMPP/Jabber server, SSH server and nginx.
2.3 OpenVPN server, hmailserver (SMTP, POP3, IMAP) and L2TP/IPSec VPN server are up on Windows!
Tasks:
Organize automatic transmission of messages from Viber to VK, via Email and via Jabber.

How can we implement this?!!!

There is a solution, but the owner will not like it. Ordinary school teachers need to stop using the rusty uchi.ru bike.
And uchi.ru should increase server capacity and remake the bike, replacing especially rusty and crutch parts, if they want to provide normal services.
