Why is there no ping on the Internet?
In general, pfsense distributes ip 10.1.0.0/16, itself has ip 10.1.0.1.
There is also a beeline smartbox turbo + router on the network, on the Rooter firmware, it has ip 192.168.1.1, a huawei e5572 modem is connected to it, the modem has ip 192.168.8.1. The whole thing is going to d-link dgs 1016
Since this is a modem, and the speed of the Internet directly depends on the reception quality, I can’t connect the modem directly to pfsense.
So, I set everything up, pfsense distributes ip as expected, set up a beeline too, only as a gateway for the modem, and when I set 192.168.1.1 as a gateway in pfsense, I set a static ip, 192.168. the beeline pings (192.168.1.1), but it's not the modem, nor the Internet as a whole that pings at all, ping simply displays packet loss.
At the same time, if I manually specify the gateway in the PC settings in the settings, then everything works, what am I doing wrong? Ready to provide any details =)

While working with pfsens, I realized that if something does not work, but it should, you should just restart it, I hope it helped someone =)
