Why is there no Internet connection in Hotspot Wi-Fi Windows 7?

Hello! There was a need to create an access point from a laptop on Windows 7. A PPPoE connection is used on the computer to connect to the Internet. When I distribute Wi-FI, the phone connects successfully, but it says that there is no Internet on the Wi-Fi network. However, Windows 7 in the list of connections writes that the access point has access to the Internet.

I did everything I could, but the phone still can not connect to the Internet.

1. Shared the connection
   
2. I tried to connect to the point through another computer and tablet - to no avail
   
3. Updated network drivers from the manufacturer's website
   
4. I tried to log in on the phone directly via IP - it doesn't work
   
5. Disabled completely Firewall and Antivirus
   

I couldn't find a similar problem on the web. Please tell me what else you can try, why other devices do not see the Internet if Windows reports that there is access to it.

Nothing is clear...
You have Internet distributed by your provider via PPPoE, in the same computer there is a WiFi adapter, on the basis of which you are going to distribute the Internet.
So? or I misunderstood?
