The router does not appear in the list of wifi devices. How to fix?

I had a strange problem with the wifi at home. On a laptop, I can’t connect to my router (zyxel keenetic lite) in Win10, it just doesn’t appear in the list of found Wi-Fi devices. On other devices (on another laptop and on phones) there are no problems (and now I am writing this message from my laptop connected to the Internet via phone).
Occasionally, the router appears, you can connect, but after a few minutes it disappears again.
This problem has been around for a long time (a couple of years), but before the problem arose rarely and for a short time (partially corrected by repeatedly disconnecting / connecting the Wi-Fi adapter).
All filters are disabled in the router settings.
Has anyone met with this? Now in two weeks I was only able to connect to the router a couple of times ... :(

On the router, I turned off the auto-tuning of the channel and set the least loaded channel (found through the Wi-fi analyzer), the problem disappeared. I'll see what happens next ...
It's strange that on other devices the same channel did not cause problems ..
