Linux Mint and WiFi RaLink?

HP250 G3 laptop, Linux Mint 17 system
occasionally loses the Internet, while the Wi-Fi signal remains, but only my router is visible, more often the connection can also be disconnected, under the seven everything works stably, it was originally under version 17.1, I thought it was about updates rearranged 17.0, sinned on the router, varied its firmware, the symptoms are repeated regardless of the place of connection (home, work, away). the frequency of "breaks" increased every day, until it stopped completely disappearing
google ... I did not find solutions, as such, except for changing the kernel, I caught a kernel panic when changing the kernel, I'm not an expert in Linux, but I mastered the basic settings and the terminal. I use the system for the web -dev.
I attach the result of iwconfig
