Why is there no dns ping?

Upgraded dns server on ubuntu.
192.168.100.3 corresponds to the local Ubuntu machine and hostname site.kz on it.
On Windows, dns is registered in the network settings.
nslookup site.kz gives the correct answer, indicates the address 192.168.100.3.
Ping failed: Ping failed
to locate host site.kz.
Check the hostname and try again.
