DNS hosting. Where to escape from yandex connect?

Previously, I used Yandex pdd, then this case was closed and I was forcibly migrated to Yandex Connect.
That would be fine, but I needed a wildcard certificate from letsencrypt and it became clear that I needed to migrate again, only now consciously.
The bottom line is that there is no API for editing records in the connection, and confirmation through a record in the DNS is the only way to get a wildcard certificate from letsencrypt.
Please advise a DNS hosting with a good history. Those. not a young freshly opened service.
With API and certbot support.
I will be glad, of course, if it is free, but if it is for a reasonable price, then it will also do.
