How to set A-record priority?

There is sub.domain.ru and two A-records that lead to 2 different addresses (one backup), for example, х.х.х.1 and х.х.х.2
Everything works. All OK.
But.
How to make it so that the first attempt was to get through to х.х.х.2? Both addresses are on the same subnet and always tries to be first x.x.x.1

A records have no priority, if there are 2 per domain they are given according to the round robin scheme, it is also bad practice to use DNS for reservation - because in case of a problem on the host, clients will receive a problematic A record and catch an error (i.e. loss at least half of the traffic). The best option would be to use route53 for aws - it costs a penny and you can configure everything very flexibly there (for example, heath checks, in case of an error another record is given)

No way in a normal DNS, in the same route53 Amazon can set up a backup IP, the server checks the site every minute and if it falls down it switches to the backup IP
