Why is the video not showing (Vimeo, Vine, Instagram)?

Good afternoon.
Tried to search Google for a solution, but couldn't find it. Therefore, I turn to you. I need your help.
Problem description:
Video stopped displaying on Vimeo, Vine, Instagram sites. There is a preview picture before playing the video. And when you turn it on - there is no picture. The sound is coming. The duration of the video is running. And there is no picture. Just a black screen. Browser - Google Chrome. Tried in Internet Explorer - same thing. Tried uninstalling Chrome and reinstalling. Did not help. I think that the problem is with Flash player. But in Chrome it is built and there were no problems before. It is logical that the problem is in third-party products. Everything works fine on Youtube.
The question arises:
What prevents normal functioning? And how to fix it?

Try turning off hardware video acceleration. (RMB > first tab > checkmark)
However, before that you will have to transfer the flash object in the house.
On vimeo:
0. Click play video.
1. Open the developer console, elements.
2. RMB on video > inspect element.
3. Find the "object" tag and drag it up and paste in front of "options > first tab > checkmark
Disable all extensions in chrome.
Try switching to change plugins to play flash. In the "chrome://plugins/" tab, play around with the model" Adobe Flash Player".
