Is there a program for synchronous control of video in players on several PCs?

I would like to find some ready-made solution that would allow you to pause and start the video on two or more different computers in the players. The main requirement is that it should not be a streaming or media server.

For example: I have a video.mp4 file on my PC and a friend has a video.mp4 file on their PC. We both launch them in the same players, and when I pause, the pause is immediately put on the other.
