How to permanently record the screen?

It is necessary to permanently record the computer screen into video files. Accordingly, when you turn on the computer, the recording should turn on automatically. Advise what to write (better, of course, free ones, but paid ones will also work)?
PS. Recording is needed not for surveillance, but for debriefing. We will write computer screens of the purchasing department, where operators send orders to suppliers through their websites. And the websites of suppliers are sometimes buggy and instead of, for example, 1 piece they place an order for 10 pieces. The supplier can only prove it through a video recording of the screen...

Keep in mind that screen recording is incredibly heavy. A gigabyte in 10 minutes is not a problem (if the resolution of the monitor is very good). And if on the go there is also conversion and size compression, then the machine must obviously be quite modern so that this resource-intensive task does not interfere with comfortable work.
By the way, viruses act like this: they make screenshots while pressing the mouse and keys such as enter. And all infa merges and takes up almost no space.

It is better to look for a tool for video recording, and for frequent screenshots, you can even get the hang of it and take only the active window, and not the entire screen. I don’t know by the names of specific applications, but it will save disk space and RAM memory normally.
Another question is how frequent shots are required.

The technical part is simple - in the task scheduler you create a trigger to launch the recording program after logging into the system. I will not name the program for recording to memory. And it’s easier to strain a lawyer so that he can figure out how to duplicate the order with a paper contract or at least a copy to an e-mail.

Thanks for answers! I will comment.
One of the computers now has such a program called Spy Monitor Screen Recorder. It is paid, the cost is about 1500r. Computer Pentium G2030, 4 GB of RAM - copes well. The disk is also not clogged much, now, unfortunately, I can’t see how much space is occupied there, but it’s enough.
What a paradox, and this program suits, and the price is lifting ... But when I tried to buy another license, I could not pay for Paypal, the seller's website is terribly buggy. As a matter of fact, I freaked out and went looking for an analogue of this program)) It's a
pity that I didn't find anything ... Are there really no analogues?
