How to check video for duplication?

The second video is loading, how can I find out if there is a similar one on the server?
If there is, there is a 90%+ chance of canceling the download. php is used.

1. calculate CRC32 and compare - this is the easiest if another file is sent.
2. compare keyframes by resizing them in 64x64 (for speed)
