Why is the usb hub tp-link beeping?

I recently purchased such a hub 61D0NF3JFwL._AC_SY450_.jpg
and ran into a problem. For some reason, it squeaks at a very low frequency when you stick it into the port. I found out by accident, looking under the posting table

For a choke or capacitor - buy another one if it annoys. This does not affect the quality of the product and its operation.
