Why is the Sublime Text 3 SCSS compiler not working?

I tried different plugins, here I put https://packagecontrol.io/
from here I do build and css file does not appear. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

Specifically, I tried this plugin https://packagecontrol.io/packages/SassBuilder and a few others.

I uninstalled everything, reinstalled it and it worked
