Menu opens when changing language (Alt + Shift)?

I faced such a problem: when I write code, I switch to another layout, and continue to write code, but instead the top menu opens.
Do not tell me how to treat it? Very inconvenient to work with.

Change the keyboard shortcut for changing the layout to ctrl + shift or any other.
