Hello! My provider (2kom) provides a static ip service, I connected it, now my ip address is permanent. And why is there a "Static IP address" function in the router settings? After all, my ip has already become static, although the parameter "Dynamic ip address" is set in the router settings

From the question it is not very clear what kind of ip is in question - about external or inside the network. Let's assume that about the internal. Then the answer is this: this is not the same as your external ip, this is the address that the router issues to a computer on your local network.
