How to organize a login page with a button to enter the Internet?

Greetings!
There was a need to create something like a login panel, and the entrance will be carried out in the network / Internet. I saw several articles about creating a hotspot, but not at all what I want to implement.
There is an ASUS RT-N10U home router that distributes Wi-Fi to a small room. Wireless network clients use only smartphones. I wanted to implement the following: the user connects to the network, by default the company's promo page opens in the browser with the "Login to the Internet" button, for example: this is implemented by the OBIT provider. As far as I know, the latter has the organization of such functionality already in the hardware.
Is it possible to solve a similar problem on a regular router? In which direction to dig?
