What can interfere with NAT?
There is an ADSL router Sagemcom [email protected] 2804. I was given a white IP, I am trying to perform port forwarding to a device on the internal network.
I register an external port, internal and internal IP on the "Virtual Server" tab, and the port is not available from outside.
Of the features, only this device is connected to the LAN port via a cable. All other devices are connected via WiFi. Within the network, other devices see the given and have access to it.
If you forward the port of any wifi device on the "Virtual Server" tab, then they are available from outside.
What could be the problem?
I added a picture of what the forwarding looks like, otherwise the empty page is misleading
Another feature:
From the router itself, ping does not pass to this device, but there are no problems with ping from other devices, and they also ping from the router

Where does the port go? LAN address not specified. Throw to all devices? So this is a web muzzle that it writes to the NAT table with its scripts, only the manufacturer knows.
PS by decision: do not forget that in addition to NAT, the router has groups of interfaces between which a bridge will be thrown. In an ordinary household router, there are 2 or 3 of these groups, and by default they are all connected by a bridge. when there are more groups or a more advanced router, this may not be the case.
You did not specify the internal IP where packets will go to port 113.
Possibly firewall at 192.168.1.44. By default, the home network on the firewall is allowed, and the world can be blocked.
