Why is the slider not working in Safari Mac OS?

Good afternoon!
Can you please tell me why the slider may not work in Safari Mac OS?
Site spec.1gb.ru sliders at the bottom of the page in all browsers except Safari on Mac OS work fine.
On a Mac, it feels like the scripts don't work. The carousel is organized on owl-carousel
