Specific problem with URL redirect error in Safari?

The essence of the problem:
When you click on an affiliate link to the site

http://steam-account.ru/oplata/playerunknown-s-battlegrounds?ai=162527

From the Safari browser, the page gives a 404 error.
And the error is given because the page being opened is redirected to this URL

https://steam-account.ru/oplata/playerunknown-s-battlegrounds,%20https://steam-account.ru/oplata/playerunknown-s-battlegrounds

The problem is only in Safari. Both on ios and macos. Other browsers work fine.

The problem is with the affiliate link on all the products of the site.
Link without partner ID https://steam-account.ru/oplata/playerunknown-s-ba... works correctly. Site on SYMFONY 4.4.
