Why is the RDP session slowing down?

On a server in a domain with Windows Server 2008R2, a terminal server has been raised. When connected to it via the Internet from a computer running Windows7 via RDP under admin rights, everything works well. But when connecting from the same computer under a different account, scrolling and updating the window in the Business-Info accounting program slows down. I tried to connect from another computer under the same account, the same thing. When connected from the local network, everything works fine. The provider assures that everything is fine on their side. In the RDP connection settings, I disabled everything superfluous. Tell me where else to look for a problem?
