Why does the 1C terminal display the color incorrectly?

From a computer running win7 via RDP (via a standard client), the user enters the terminal server to work in 1C. In 1C, in reports, when a line is selected, it is usually highlighted with a blue background, but in this case it is black and nothing is visible under this selection, what is written in the line. I thought it was a matter of color depth (on the server 16 bits) on the client (in the connection settings) I went through all the possible options, but it did not help. Everything is fine with other computers. Those. It's not about the server, it's about the specific computer. Here is a screenshot to illustrate

As usual, it is difficult to explain to the monitoring system =) what is bad is good :))
if the status is only 2
{TRIGGER.VALUE}=0 and the opera status is change and {TRIGGER.VALUE}=1 and the opera status is aug (72 hours)=2
like that so probably
unsubscribe if it doesn't work out

The following solution helped:
1. If the trigger fires on a trap, then "and trap.nodata(259200)=0" is added to the expression.
That is, if the ladder does not arrive for 72 hours, then the trigger will go into the OK state.
2. If the trigger does not work on the ladder, then the line "delta(259200)=1" helped me.
Which means that in 72 hours the difference between min and max value = 1 (there is a change), then the problem.
Accordingly, if delta = 0 (no changes) in 72 hours, the trigger will go into the OK state.
