How to automatically add snmp device without "Agent interfaces"?

Hello!
I am using Zabbix 4.0.0, automatic device discovery by address ranges with a condition (if it is SNMP, responds to the port and a unique identifier by device serial) and automatic device registration is configured.
There is a problem, when the device goes through all these paths, it registers, but "Agent interfaces" and "SNMP interfaces" are automatically added, but only "SNMP interfaces" is needed.
How to implement it (without scripts, only by standard means)?
